Senior Program Analyst and Research Assistant at NMMF

Victoria Bowman has a diverse work experience in the field of environmental impact analysis and marine mammal research. Victoria worked as a Marine Resource Technician at the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, where they conducted scientific writing for Navy Environmental Impact Statements and Environmental Assessments, as well as performed applied research for impact analyses. Prior to that, they were a Senior Program Analyst and Research Assistant at the National Marine Mammal Foundation, where they provided analysis and scientific writing for Navy Environmental Impact Statements and conducted behavioral observations of marine mammals in San Diego Bay. Victoria also has experience as a Head Volleyball Coach at Master Sports, where they taught basic volleyball techniques and fostered a love of the sport. Additionally, they worked as a General Technician Assistant at SPAWAR, where they assisted various groups within the Biosciences Division, performed marine mammal monitoring duties, and managed a reference database.

Victoria Bowman attended San Diego State University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
