Bill Russell

Bill Russell has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Bill began their career in 1987 as a CO Technician/ISP Technician at GTE Federal Systems, where they worked until 1994. From 1995 to 1997, Bill was the owner of Coastal Wave Screen Printing. Bill then joined PrimeNet as a Sr. Project Manager from 1997 to 2000, before being promoted to Director of Structured Cabling Services at PrimeNet/IES from 2000 to 2007. In 2007, they joined NMR Consulting as a Director, overseeing management and procurement opportunities in various areas such as data center, construction, and access control. Bill also developed and implemented NMR Consulting's Procurement "Center of Excellence".

From 1988 to 1994, Bill Russell attended the University of Maryland. During this time, they studied Telecommunications Engineering, although no specific degree or qualification is mentioned.
