Ovsanna Takvoryan

Ovsanna Takvoryan has extensive experience in the legal field. In 2009, they co-founded Takvoryan Law Group, a successful boutique firm specializing in business, real estate, and bankruptcy law. Their role as Founding Partner involved advising startups and established companies on complex commercial transactions, corporate restructurings, and other strategic transactions. Ovsanna also held positions at NMS Consulting Inc. as Managing Director, Armenian Bar Association as a Member of the Board of Governors, C&E Merdinian Armenian Evangelical School as an Advisory Member of the Board of Directors, Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP as a Partner, CKR LAW LLP as a Partner, LANDAU GOTTFRIED & BERGER LLP as a Senior Associate, and Levene, Neale, Bender, Rankin & Brill L.L.P. as an Associate Attorney.

Ovsanna Takvoryan received a B.A. degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College in 1998. From 1998 to 2001, they attended the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, where they obtained a JD degree.
