Femke Strijbis

Femke Strijbis is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at NN Group since September 2020, Femke specializes in HR for NN Reinsurance, Group Risk, and Group Finance & Reporting. Prior to this role, Femke worked as an HR Adviseur at Reinier de Graaf ziekenhuis and held multiple positions at NN Investment Partners, progressing from an Intern to Senior HR Business Partner. Femke's career began at Parnassia Bavo Groep and included clerical roles at Summit Health and Rabobank Westland.
