Herman Ouwerkerk

Herman Ouwerkerk currently serves as the Head of Savings, Investments, and Bancassurance at NN Bank, where responsibilities include overseeing the P&L for these domains and leading a team of approximately 320 professionals. Prior to this role, Herman held the position of Global Head of Fraud and Collections at ING, managing fraud and collections functions globally with around 1000 employees. In addition to previous leadership roles within ING, including Head of Collections NL and Senior Manager in various capacities, Herman has also been an active saxophonist with the Leuk Dat Je D'r Bent Band since 2006. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Science and Innovation Management from Utrecht University, complemented by an early education diploma from Stedelijk Gymnasium Haarlem.
