Elizabeth McWilliams

Elizabeth McWilliams is an experienced human resource professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resource Manager for All Texas Operations in the Power Solutions Division at NN, Inc. since March 2022, Elizabeth has previously held prominent HR positions, including Human Resource Director at Alderson Enterprises, LP from October 2012 to October 2021, and Human Resource Manager at Beck Steel Inc. from October 2005 to October 2012. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as an HR Consultant from September 2003 to October 2005 and began their career as a Human Resource Time Clerk/Payroll Coordinator/Generalist with the State of Texas at Lubbock State School from September 1999 to September 2003.
