Ryan Lake

Ryan Lake, EIT, serves as the Engineering Department Manager at NNE since May 2018, where responsibilities have included roles as Senior Process Consultant and Process/Mechanical Team Lead, focusing on process improvement and engineering studies. Previously, Ryan worked at Pfizer from June 2015 to May 2018 as a Senior Process Engineer, leading initiatives for a small volume parenterals manufacturing facility, and as a Quality/Production Engineer, overseeing CAPA and process improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University and a Project Engineer position at Patheon, where Ryan designed process flows for significant plant projects. Ryan holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from East Carolina University.
