Ariadna Vidal Cuadras

Ariadna Vidal Cuadras has been working in the Human Resources field since 2016. Ariadna began their career at Protech PCI as a Human Resources & Recruiter, where they participated in the management committee, managed talent retention, and conducted internal training and development. In 2019, they moved to Randstad España as an HR Consultant, where they were responsible for searching and selecting personnel, managing talent, and conducting personal interviews and candidate evaluations. In 2021, they joined FOCALIZA 2030 SL as an HR Manager, where they implemented new recruitment and talent retention strategies, promoted professional growth, and ensured a good working environment. Currently, they are the Head of People & Talent at NNERGIX.

Ariadna Vidal Cuadras has a diverse educational background. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the Universitat de Barcelona, where they earned a Grado en Odontologia. From 2014 to 2018, they attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business. From 2016 to 2017, they attended the University of Valencia, where they earned a Coaching and Mindfulness degree in Business. Lastly, from 2018 to 2019, they attended EAE Business School, where they earned a Master of Human Resources in Business Administration.
