Florent Ojardias has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Starting in 2001, they worked as a Sales Executive for the Spare Parts Activity at Sodicam. In 2002, they became the Global Product Marketing Manager at Ixell. In 2005, they joined Renault as a Sales Methods Consultant. From 2008 to 2013, they held multiple roles at Renault Ireland, including Methods, Quality and Training Manager, Sales & Network Co-Ordinator, and Fleet Manager. Florent then moved to Renault Retail Group and worked as a Sales Manager from 2013 to 2016. At Groupe Renault, they served as an Area Manager and later as the Fleet Manager for Europe from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Renault Ireland again, first as Business Development & Dealer Performance, and then as the Head of Fleet Sales & Mobility Solutions. Currently, in 2022, they are the Sales Director at NNG LLC, a global automotive software supplier aiming to enhance in-vehicle experiences.
Florent Ojardias obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from Grenoble Ecole de Management between 1998 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed a BTS Commerce International degree in Comptabilité et commerce / gestion from Bellevue La Mulatiere from 1996 to 1998. In 2000, they briefly studied Commerce international at Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.
