Charlotte Kunckel

Charlotte Kunckel serves as General Counsel and VP of Legal & Contract Management at NNIT since August 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to NNIT, Kunckel worked as an Advokat at Topdanmark and Horten, and as an Attorney-at-Law at Accura Advokatpartnerselskab and Kammeradvokaten. Specialization includes IT law, data protection law, public procurement law, intellectual property law, contract drafting, EU law, energy law, and litigation. Academic roles include external lecturer in advanced EU Law and teaching assistant positions at the University of Copenhagen and Aarhus University.
