Cade Kearn

Cade Kearn joined the NNN Pro Group of Marcus & Millichap with a focus on advising clients through acquisitions and dispositions of net-leased properties in the Southeast. Prior to joining the team, he graduated from the University of Maryland where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, focusing on applied econometrics. During Cade’s education, he was involved in brokerage, specializing in single and multi-tenant retail, as well as multi-family assets in the Mid-Atlantic. Cade has a broad range of analytic experience in varying asset classes from brokerage roles in Newport Beach, CA, Washington, D.C., and Manhattan, NY. He brings retail and industrial management experience through a history of management roles in a boutique investment company with assets spanning both coasts. Cade esteems the importance of long-term relationships and prides himself in fostering a value-driven client base.
