Judson Kauffman

Judson Kauffman is a Senior Managing Director, Investments with the NNN Pro Group, the top producing net leased properties group at Marcus & Millichap. Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2005, Kauffman has been a lead advisor in the Net Lease Property Group where he focuses on both sell-side and buy-side clients, representing 1031 exchange buyers, private investors, family offices, national developers and REITS.

Kauffman’s singular focus is to advise Institutions, REITs, Private Equity Funds, Public Companies, Private Companies, Franchisees, Franchisors, Developers and Private Clients in all facets of net leased properties. He executes the sale of portfolios or single assets throughout the country and he completed more than 500 transactions valued in excess of $1 Billion in investment sale transactions. He has worked on some of the most complicated transactions for mission critical assets as diverse as restaurant and retail franchise locations, data centers, hospitals, distribution and logistics facilities, emergency rooms, manufacturing plants, major retail banks, hospitals, and campus-style worldwide office headquarters.
