Ryan Sblendorio

Ryan Sblendorio is an Analyst with the NNN Pro Group, the top producing net leased properties group at Marcus & Millichap. Ryan focuses on underwriting real estate fundamentals, conducting property-level diligence, the development and execution of sale-leaseback programs and coordinating disposition programs. Ryan became an analyst with NNN Pro in June of 2017. Prior to NNN Pro, Ryan was an analyst with Leerink Partners’ Investment Banking Group. While at Leerink Partners, Ryan focused on M&A and capital market transactions for clients in the Life Sciences, Services, and Medical Technology sectors. Ryan graduated from Wesleyan University where he holds a degree in Economics.
