Emily Aron has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2012, they started their career as a Ropes Course Facilitator at Broward College until 2014. Then, from 2014 to 2016, they served as a Sport Club Council President and later as an Aquatics Program Assistant at Florida Gulf Coast University. Emily continued their career at the university as an Aquatics Graduate Assistant from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, Emily joined the City of St. Petersburg as an Aquatics Supervisor, where they worked until 2021. During this time, they gained valuable experience as a supervisor in aquatics.

From 2021 to 2023, Emily worked as an Event Team Manager at EMS Unlimited, where they managed event teams successfully. Currently, they are a Program Manager at No Barriers USA, showcasing their skills in program management.

Emily Aron completed their education with a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sports Management from the same university, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their academic achievements, Emily has obtained various certifications including Emergency Medical Technician from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Emily also holds certifications in Indoor Group Cycling Specialty, Lifeguard Instructor, Lifeguard Instructor Trainer, Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR/AED, and Water Safety Instructor, all from various institutions such as the American Red Cross.
