Erica Cole

Erica Cole has a diverse range of work experience. Erica is the founder of No Limbits, a ready-to-wear adaptive clothing line that focuses on increasing comfort, confidence, and independence for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, they have participated in various fellowship programs, including the Halcyon Cohort 14 Fellowship and the Future Founders Fellowship, which provided their with mentoring, skill development, entrepreneurship retreats, and a supportive peer community. Erica has also been a Target Incubator Fellow, where they worked with early-stage startups focused on making a positive impact on society and the environment. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Erica gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Iowa, an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Los Alamos National Laboratory, and an Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of Notre Dame.

Erica Cole received their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 2014 to 2019.
