Jilly Charlwood

Jilly Charlwood is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Our Watch since February 2023, Jilly has also held significant positions including Board Member at No to Violence and Senior Director of Strategic Communications & Marketing at the Victorian Department of Health. Jilly's previous roles include Head of Brand & Marketing at Beyond Blue, Director of Marketing and Communications at Our Watch, and Communications Program Manager at WorkSafe Victoria, where Jilly demonstrated expertise in leading large teams and executing strategic marketing initiatives. Jilly holds a Bachelor of Communications (Professional Communication) from RMIT University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science & Cultural Studies from the University of Melbourne, and a Diploma in Leadership & Management from Victoria University.
