Henriette Hosbond has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as a Personal Interviewer at Vilstrup Univero. Henriette then worked as a Student Assistant in Research and Communications at the Danish Cancer Society. In 2008, they took up multiple roles at a Startup Company, including Project Manager, Student Assistant, and Communications Intern in New York.
From 2012 to 2017, Henriette worked at Hello Group, initially as a User Experience Architect, later as a Senior User Experience Architect, and finally as a User Experience Lead. During their time there, they were involved in designing digital experiences and was part of a small team responsible for transforming the agency's design processes from waterfall to agile methods.
Since 2017, Henriette has been working at NoA Ignite Denmark. Henriette started as an Experience Design Lead, leading a team of six experience designers and developing meaningful experiences based on human insights. Later, they transitioned to the role of Chief Experience Officer. In August 2023, they became the CEO of the company.
Henriette Hosbond obtained their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communications and Cultural Encounters from Roskilde University between 2003 and 2009.

Welcome to NoA Ignite Denmark Dear everyone. Hello Great Works becomes NoA Ignite! Along with the rest of The North Alliance, we’ve growing This means that from Monday 22/2 we will merge Hello Great Works with two other NoA companies and form a new, large, strong and competent joint international company: NoA Ignite. In addition to Hello Great Works, NoA Ignite will consist of Making Waves (Norway, Sweden, Poland) and Oakwood (Sweden). A significant upgrade of our competencies. In Denmark, we go from having approx. 50 talented colleagues to become part of a company with more than 300 competent designers, developers and consultants. This means that we can provide you with an even better service in the areas we are already collaborating on, and that we can build even more digital consulting services on top, in particular, we will have a further focus on development and e-commerce. A retention of our DNA and values! Although we are getting much bigger and gaining a more international perspective, we are sticking to our basic starting point for going to work. Our primary goals are therefore still focused on satisfaction and retention - by customers and employees. Put another way: Happy employees create great solutions that provide happy customers that create the foundation for a good business.
