Ardi Shita

Ardi Shita is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in banking, investment, and corporate governance. Since November 2019, Ardi has served as Chairman of both the Credit Risk Committee and Supervisory Committee at CREDINS Bank, overseeing strategic objectives, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Ardi is also the Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Capital, focusing on M&A and secure investments across South Eastern Europe and the United States. In addition to these roles, Ardi has been involved with various organizations, including serving as a Senior Technical Advisor for the USAID Commercial Justice Activity Program and holding positions on several boards, including the Rochester Institute of Technology. Ardi’s educational background includes an Executive MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and an LL.M. in European & SEE Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Graz.
