Enkeleida Avdullaj

Enkeleida Avdullaj has a diverse background in the banking industry, with a focus on risk management and financial control. Enkeleida began their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Assistant at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania. Enkeleida then moved on to roles at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania as an Internal Auditor and Supervisor Internal Auditor, where they conducted audits on various departments and assisted external auditors and regulators.

In 2011, Avdullaj joined Emporiki Bank Albania, Credit Agricole Group as the Head of Financial Control, where they developed and controlled a centralized accounting system and ensured compliance with financial regulations and standards. Enkeleida also contributed to the development of systems and procedures for effective financial management.

Following this, Avdullaj joined Credit Agricole Albania Bank as the Head of Permanent Control & Operational Risk, where they implemented risk management frameworks and conducted risk assessments across the bank. Enkeleida also initiated and successfully developed a Permanent Control framework project based on group requirements and industry best practices.

In 2014, Avdullaj joined Procredit Bank Albania as a Senior Auditor, conducting audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Enkeleida then moved on to NOA SHA in 2015 as the Head of Permanent Control and Operational Risk, further enhancing their skills in risk management.

Most recently, Avdullaj joined another bank in 2019 as an Operational Risk Manager, where they are responsible for identifying and monitoring operational risks within the organization.

Enkeleida Avdullaj completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universiteti Teknologjik 'Ismail Qemal Vlora' between 1986 and 2002. Enkeleida then pursued an MBA in Banking and Finance from Institute Universitaire Kurt Bosch in Sion, Switzerland, from 2005 to 2007. In 2015 and 2016, they obtained a certificate from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
