Irida Çela

Irida Çela has extensive experience in the field of Compensations & Benefits. Irida began their career as a Compensations & Benefits Specialist at Crédit Agricole Albania Bank in November 2009 and held this position until October 2014. Irida then moved on to become the Head of the Compensations & Benefits Sector at the same company, a role they held from October 2014 to November 2015. In November 2015, Irida joined the American Bank of Investments as the Head of the Compensations & Benefits Sector and held this position until June 2017. Currently, Irida is working as the Head of the Compensations & Benefits Unit at NOA SHA, a position they have held since June 2017.

Irida Çela earned a diploma in Economics from the University of Tirana, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
