Esther Randall

Esther Randall is a seasoned commercial lawyer with extensive experience in film and intellectual property. Currently serving as COO and Head of Legal and Business Affairs at Noah Media Group since January 2022, Esther previously held the position of Head of Film at iLaw from September 2013 to January 2022. Esther's legal career began as a Solicitor at DMH Stallard LLP between September 2010 and September 2013. In addition to legal expertise, Esther has significant production experience, having been the Head Producer at Open Eye Productions from September 1999 to January 2007, where a notable project included the $5 million feature film "Bob the Butler." Esther also produced a children's television series for the BBC and led corporate film projects at Flick Features Limited. Early career experience includes a role as Production Co-ordinator at Rose Hackney Barber Productions. Esther holds a degree in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, earned between 1990 and 1994.
