Tutkun Sen, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in the field of robotics and control. Tutkun Sen, Ph.D. earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University in 2009 and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the same institution in 2010. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University, completing them in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
