Malcolm Thorburn

Malcolm Thorburn has held various roles in leading customer service, operations, and sales teams in Sweden. Currently working as a Team Manager for Personal Loans in the Nordics at NOBA Bank Group, Malcolm oversees a team of Loans Officers across three countries. Prior to this, Malcolm was the Head of Customer Support at Klarna, managing a team for the Swedish market. Malcolm also has experience in education services, having worked as the Head of Operations at My Academy. Malcolm's background includes a Bachelor's degree in Service Management from Lund University and an Ekonomie kandidatexamen in Internationell ekonomi from Luleå University of Technology.
