Toghrul Ahmadov serves as the Chief Legal, Compliance and Corporate Governance Officer at NEQSOL HOLDING since April 2021, where responsibilities include managing major litigation and regulatory matters, and leading legal work streams in mergers and acquisitions. Toghrul is also a member of the Board of Directors at Nobel Energy since January 2023. Previously, Toghrul held the position of Deputy Head of Human Resources at the Ministry of Economy in Azerbaijan, focusing on compliance program development for the State Tax Service and enhancing KPI management systems. Their extensive experience at bp from July 2003 to October 2020 included roles as Regional Ethics & Compliance Manager and Legal Counsel, where Toghrul ensured adherence to compliance standards and provided legal services across Azerbaijan, Georgia, and Turkey. Toghrul Ahmadov holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Baku State University.
