Rakesh Kamburath

Rakesh Kamburath serves as the Regional Sales Training Manager at Nobel Hygiene Pvt. Ltd. since October 2024, focusing on designing and developing training content to enhance the sales team's skills. Prior to this role, Rakesh was the Training Manager for the West Zone at Jaquar & Company Private Limited, where responsibilities included creating learning initiatives aligned with business strategies. Rakesh also led the Partner Sales team at JMR Infotech, managing sales strategies and franchise programs across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Master Trainer for Denave, where Rakesh led sales training efforts for Microsoft, and as a Senior Trainer at Mphasis, conducting new hire and refresher trainings. Rakesh holds a Certified Instructional Designer qualification from Middle Earth Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from the Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management.
