Melissa Elias has extensive experience in education and management, currently serving as the Manager of Assets at Great Minds since April 2019, where prior roles included Program Assistant for the Eureka Math Images & Assets program and Customer Success Representative. Additionally, Melissa has been a Regional Sales Manager and Business Developer at Nobel Coaching & Tutoring since August 2018. Previous experience includes working as a first-grade teacher at FCPS from August 2012 to June 2018, and as an Administrative Assistant at Central Services HVAC from June 2007 to June 2010. Melissa holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching from George Mason University, completed in 2012.
