Andreas Ingefjord

Andreas Ingefjord currently serves as a Compliance Officer at Nobeli, where responsibilities include leading and developing quality and compliance efforts as well as environmental and sustainability initiatives. Ingefjord also has experience as a Project Leader at Nobeli, managing internal and client development projects in payroll, security, and document management. Prior to this, Ingefjord worked for Malmö Stad from October 2012 to March 2021 in various roles, including as an Organizational Strategist, where support was provided to management in strategic development and organizational analysis, and as a Section Manager, overseeing the digital and technical operations of the Malmö City Library. Previous roles at Malmö Stad included leading projects aimed at enhancing library services for children and establishing innovative library services at community meeting points. Andreas Ingefjord holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, History, and Art from Uppsala University, along with additional studies at Gotland University and a course in The Human Element.
