Federico Monardo

Federico Monardo is a quality control specialist with extensive experience in the food industry, currently working at Noberasco since January 2022, having previously held a similar role at the same company from April 2021 to July 2021. Responsibilities include conducting quality checks during the roasting and packaging processes of dried fruits, performing qualitative analyses on incoming raw materials and finished products, and ensuring compliance with BRC and IFS certifications.
