Gerrit Pot is an experienced engineering manager currently serving as Manager Engineering at Nobian since July 2021. Prior to this role, Gerrit held the position of Manager Engineering at Nouryon from November 2018 to June 2021 and worked at AkzoNobel for over three decades in various leadership roles, including Manager Engineering, Site Asset Manager, Manager Energy & Utilities, and Assistant Plant Manager. Gerrit began their career as a Scheepswerktuigkundige at Van Uden Logistics. Educational qualifications include a degree in Maintenance Engineering & Management from the University of Twente, advanced training in Gasturbine Technology from KEMA Academy Arnhem, Project Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, and various degrees in mechanical engineering and related fields acquired throughout the years.
