Wolfgang Binder

Wolfgang Binder has extensive experience in continuous improvement management, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at Nobian since May 2021. Prior to this role, Wolfgang held the same title at Nouryon from October 2018 to May 2021. Wolfgang's career includes significant tenure at AKZO NOBEL INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS GMBH from 2009 to October 2018, where roles encompassed Continuous Improvement Manager, Produktionsleiter, Logistikmanager (interim), Prozesstechnologe, and Produktionsassistent. Before this, Wolfgang worked at LII Europe GmbH from February 1992 to 2009, starting as Produktionsassistent and later becoming Meister. Wolfgang's early career began at Hoechst AG from September 1979 to May 1992, progressing from Auszubildender to roles such as Operator and Schichtleiter.
