Anubhav Saxena

Anubhav Saxena is the current President of R&D at Pidilite Industries. Anubhav has previously worked as the Technical Director and Site Leader at India Technology Centre for Momentive from October 2014 to September 2018. There, they were responsible for leading a dynamic and results-driven India technology team (>50 employees) that enables leading edge technology platforms and differentiating technical solutions to customers all Momentive business.

Saxena began their career at Momentive Performance Materials Pvt Ltd. (Former GE Advanced Materials) in January 2007 as a Program Leader. In this role, they were responsible for key initiatives such as enabling seamless integration with different cultures and geographies across the world (US, Germany, Italy, Japan, China), leading R&D activities for 17 direct reports in materials and product development, and creating enhanced focus on broader, bigger programs driven by global customer needs. Anubhav was also responsible for intellectual property, managing the portfolio to bring focus in driving the most important and biggest impact programs, and designing and executing organization initiatives for building capabilities and driving innovation culture. Anubhav was successful in commercializing 5 patented technologies for global and Indian markets during their time at Momentive.
