Randy Redcay

Randy Redcay has extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. Randy is currently serving as the Director of Finance at Nobility RCM since August 2021. Prior to that, Randy held the role of Chief Financial Officer of Comenity Bank at Alliance Data from March 2013 to March 2020. Before joining Alliance Data, they worked at Barclays Bank as the Head of Operational Risk and Governance from April 2004 to March 2013. Randy also had experience at JPMorgan Chase as a Securitization Servicing Manager in 2003, and at MBNA America as a First Vice President from 2000 to 2003. Randy began their career at JPMorgan as a Vice President from May 1989 to May 2000. Randy's first professional role was as a Staff Accountant at Price Waterhouse from August 1987 to May 1989.

Randy Redcay completed their education at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. From 1983 to 1987, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics. Later, from 1990 to 1993, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Finance.
