Minna Gardemeister

Minna Gardemeister has over 20 years of work experience. Minna is currently the HR Director at Nobina Oy since August 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR and Communications at The Farmers' Social Insurance Institution Mela from February 2014 to July 2023. Before that, they served as the Director, HR at Dynava (Oy Eniro Finland Ab) from January 2011 to January 2014, and as the HR Manager at A-Katsastus Group from September 2007 to January 2011.

In their earlier career, Minna worked at Kela, first as a Station Manager at KELA, Helsinki District from May 2000 to April 2002, and then in various roles at Kela from May 2002 to September 2007, including SAP-support and Project Leader, and Assistant Director in HR and FINA. Minna also worked as a Project Manager at Keuhkovammaliitto, Merikosken aikuiskoulutuskeskus from August 1998 to May 2000.

Minna Gardemeister completed the Labour Law Expert Program at the Faculty of Law of the University of Helsinki and Alma Talent from 2018 to 2019. In 2019 to 2020, they pursued further education and became a Certified Business Coach at the BCI Business Coaching Institute. In 2013, they attended SHL Finland for SHL OPQ/Verify training. Minna also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Oulu, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994.
