Michaela Pehrström

Michaela Pehrström has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in human resources and management. Michaela is currently working as the People Strategy Lead at Nobina Group since November 2023. Prior to this, they were employed at SOS Alarm where they held the positions of HR Strateg from April 2022 to November 2023 and HR Business Partner from October 2019 to April 2022. Before joining SOS Alarm, Michaela worked at Ingram Micro as an HR Business Partner from September 2017 to September 2019 and as an HR Manager from August 2016 to September 2017. Michaela also worked briefly at Uniflex as a Personalansvarig from May 2016 to August 2016. Earlier in their career, they served as an HR Manager at Helpman Entreprenad AB from April 2011 to May 2016, an Ekonomiassistent at KF from January 2010 to July 2010, and a Teamleader at Vinken AB from September 2007 to May 2009.

Michaela Pehrström has a diverse education background with a focus on leadership and organizational management. In 2015, they obtained a certification in Business Architecture from Cordial - Certified Business Architect. Michaela then pursued further education in innovation and business growth at IHM Business School in 2020, obtaining a degree in Innovation & Business Growth. In 2021, Michaela completed the Stellar Executive Program at Stellar Capacity, specializing in Digital Leadership. Michaela also attended the Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, where they focused on leading transformative organizations and gained expertise in strategy, structure, processes, culture, and leadership. Additionally, Michaela completed a program at IHM Business School in 2021, specializing in goal and operational control. Michaela obtained a certification in the Stellar Executive Program from Stellar Capacity in the same year.
