Richard Mant

Richard Mant is a seasoned professional in internal control and accounting, currently serving as the Group Internal Control Lead at Nobina Group since January 2024. Prior to this role, Richard held the position of Head of Internal Control at Polarium from February 2022 to December 2023. Richard's experience also includes serving as the Head of Group ICFR and Head of Group Accounting at Snow Software from January 2020 to February 2022. His career began at PwC Sweden, where Richard advanced from Senior Associate to Senior Manager between June 2014 and January 2020. Richard's educational background includes a Master of Engineering degree from the University of Oxford, where studies took place from 2005 to 2009, following secondary education at Rugby School from 2000 to 2005.
