Shawn Taroc

Shawn Taroc, MBA, currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and Guest Relations Manager at Noble 33 since April 2024. Previously, Shawn was the Chief of Staff at Farsight from October 2023 to April 2024 and worked as a Consultant in Strategy and Operations at farsight from March 2022 to December 2022, focusing on early to mid-stage consumer companies. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at The Madera Group in 2019 and working in real estate sales at Allison James Estates and Homes from April 2016 to August 2018. Shawn holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from California State University - East Bay.
