Scott Williams

Scott Williams is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Noble.AI since September 2022, Scott is focused on enhancing product development through science-based AI. Prior to this, Scott held the position of Head of Recruitment at NextNav from February 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included advising senior leadership on market talent and hiring key leadership positions. Additional experience includes serving as a Tech Sourcing Recruiter at BloomTech and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Shout Out Services, where a unique recruitment model contributed to corporate social responsibility. Scott co-founded Trek For Troops, a non-profit organization aimed at supporting veterans, and served as a Petty Officer Third Class in the US Navy, earning recognition for humanitarian efforts.
