Anne Behrens Melchior

Anne Behrens Melchior has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Anne began their career in 2008 as an HR Consultant at Maersk Drilling. Anne then worked at Maersk Line as an Equipment Leap before returning to Maersk Drilling as an HR Consultant. In 2011, they joined A.P. Moller - Maersk as an SAP HR Implementation Consultant. Anne later transitioned to the role of Project Buyer at A.P. Moller - Maersk before joining Maersk Drilling again in 2015 as an HR Readiness Manager. Anne subsequently held various HR leadership roles at Maersk Drilling, including Head of Manning, Head of Crewing, and Senior HR Business Partner. In 2022, they moved to Noble Corporation and served as an HR Integration Lead before becoming the Head of Crewing & Offshore HR Partnering in 2023.

Anne Behrens Melchior completed their Law Studies degree from Aarhus University in 2006. From 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Business Diploma with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Copenhagen Business School.
