Jeffrey Hunt

Jeffrey Hunt, CPA, serves as the VP and Chief Accounting Officer at Noble Corporation since November 2025, overseeing all accounting and reporting functions. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held senior positions at Aris Water Solutions, ConocoPhillips, and Concho, specializing in technical accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations. Experience also includes managing derivative accounting at Shell and leading accounting research projects at CenterPoint Energy. Jeffrey began his career at Ernst & Young as an Audit Manager, focusing on audits for diverse industries. Jeffrey earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 2003.
