Ty Mericle

Ty Mericle currently serves as Chief Operations Officer at RoomReady, a role assumed in May 2022. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Iron Mountain from June 2006 to May 2022, where Ty held multiple leadership positions including Vice President overseeing operations across the U.K., Ireland, Nordics, and EMEA, and was responsible for an extensive operational network with significant budget management. This experience included developing an Operational Excellence Program to enhance service quality. Earlier military service as an Infantry Captain in the United States Army included receiving the Bronze Star Medal for contributions during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Additionally, Ty has experience in retail management from a role at 7-Eleven. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Michigan State University.
