Laura Blantern

Laura Blantern is an experienced professional in recruitment and business development, currently serving as an International Search Consultant at Noble Futures since May 2022, after holding various roles including Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant for the Agricultural & Equine Business Unit. Prior to Noble Futures, Laura worked at Datamars (UK) as a Sales Team Leader and Business Development Manager from September 2019 to May 2022. Additional experience includes a position as Brand Manager at Racesafe Equestrian and an Agricultural Recruitment Consultant at De Lacy Executive. Laura began a career in retail as a Customer Advisor at Pets at Home and owned Prime Saddles from April 2014 to May 2017. Educationally, Laura holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in International Equine and Agricultural Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University and completed A-Levels and GCSEs at Stamford School.
