William Leising, MBA

William Leising, MBA has diverse work experience in operations and manufacturing management. William currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Noble Gas Systems, starting in 2023. Previously, from 2021 to 2023, they served as the Manufacturing Manager at PolyFlex Products Inc., where they managed a multi-shift plastic injection molding operation. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Plant Manager at WEG - RAE DC Products WEG Group, overseeing operations and leading a workforce of 46 employees. William also worked as a Production Supervisor and Continuous Improvement Supervisor at A. O. Smith Corporation from 2015 to 2018. Additionally, they have coaching experience at the Bluffton-Harrison Metropolitan School District and served as an Assistant Varsity Basketball and Football Coach. William began their professional career as a Continuous Improvement Black Belt at Bluffton Motor Works, LLC from 2009 to 2015. William Leising has demonstrated skills in team management, continuous improvement, and operations.

William Leising earned a Bachelor of Sciences (BS) degree in Economics & Management from Albion College, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana Wesleyan University, completing their studies in 2018. Furthermore, Leising acquired additional certifications such as ISO IEC 17025 Internal Auditor in 2014 from Huntington Quality Associates, Inc., IECEx QSR for Manufacturers & ISO 9001:2008 in 2011 from the same institution, and SBTI Black Belt in 2009 from Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc.
