Melissa Lim

Melissa Lim serves as the Director of Project Management at Noble House Home Furnishings, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing project scoping, implementation, testing, and training while driving continuous process improvement and managing freight operations internationally. Previously, roles included Manager of Project Management, where Melissa led project planning and execution, and E-Commerce Operations Manager, focusing on establishing new sales channels and optimizing returns processes. Prior experience at IBM encompassed various managerial and analytical positions. Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management and a Diploma in Business Administration, both from University Putra Malaysia.
