Owen Berry Aia

Owen Berry, AIA, is a registered architect with extensive experience in pre-development and construction project management. Currently serving as the Director of Pre-Development at Noble Investment Group since March 2022, Owen oversees acquisition and new construction due diligence, project estimating, and coordination. Prior roles include Pre-Development Manager at Noble Investment Group, Senior Associate at Lighthouse Consulting Group, and Associate Architect at LM Consultants. Owen began a career in fabrication and design with positions as a Fabrication Drafting Engineer at McKenzie Craft, LLC and a Design and Fabrication Intern at Brillhart Architecture. Owen holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami, earned in 2018.
