Erika Nicole

Erika Nicole, MA, is the founder of When E. Speaks, a motivational speaking and facilitation platform aimed at empowering youth, women, and families. With a diverse background in education, Erika currently serves as a College Counselor, Collegiate Seminar Instructor, and a high school science teacher at Noble Schools. Previous experience includes roles as Founder/CEO of Lotus Noir® Co., Social Media Marketing Manager at CurlMix, and Student Success Coach at National Louis University. Erika's commitment to community advocacy and education is complemented by a strong academic background, holding a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Psychology from National Louis University, as well as various certifications in streetwear, fashion design, and business law.
