Jose De La Rosa

Jose De La Rosa is the current Director at Noble Schools. Jose has over 25 years of experience in the field of Information Systems. Jose started their career as a Senior Programmer Analyst with Celtic Insurance Company where they designed and implemented a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Jose then became the Vice President of Information Technology with Planlinx, Inc. where they were responsible for directing the technology operations for the company. In 2000, they became the Director of Information Systems for NYLCare Health Plans of the Midwest. In this role, they were responsible for managing the technology operations for the company, including the data center, networks, and administration of services. In 2002, Jose became an Independent Consultant with JD Consulting. In this role, they provided consulting services to companies in the areas of information technology and project management. In 2004, they joined Noble Schools as the Director of Information Technology. In this role, they are responsible for leading the Information Technology team and overseeing all technology operations for the school district.

Jose De La Rosa has a Masters in Business Administration from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business with a concentration in marketing and finance. Jose also has a Bachelor of Science in computer science from DePaul University.
