Lisette Hernandez currently serves as the Dean of Instruction for the English & ELL Department and as a Board Member for the Noble Network of Charter Schools, where Lisette is recognized as the first alumni and teacher representative on the board, contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity, inclusion, and academic growth. With a strong background in education, Lisette has held various roles including 10th Grade Level Lead, where responsibilities included leading 14 teachers and coordinating support interventions for 300 students. As a 10th English II Teacher, Lisette developed a differentiated curriculum that addressed diverse student needs and helped prepare students for the SAT. Lisette also served as the founding President of the Noble Alumni Association, successfully managing events and implementing the first Noble Alumni Scholarship. Lisette holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from DePaul University, an ESL endorsement, and a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
