Quiana Jones

Quiana Jones has a diverse background in human resources, starting with their role as an Executive Team Leader - Intern at Target from June 2010 to August 2011. Quiana then worked as an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources at Target from July 2012 to May 2014, where they managed a store and provided guidance on HR programs and policies. Quiana then transitioned to BMO Financial Group, where they held the positions of Human Resources Coordinator from October 2014 to April 2015, and later became a Human Resources Consultant from April 2015 to June 2018. Currently, they are with the Noble Network of Charter Schools, where they have held various positions including Human Resources Manager from June 2018 to present, Assistant Director Of Human Resources from July 2019 to present, and currently holding the role of Director of Human Resources since April 2021.

Quiana Jones holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Quiana also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the same University.
