Cathy Doyle

Cathy Doyle serves as the Chief People Officer at NobleOak since November 2025 and also holds the position of Company Secretary & Board Director at Meals on Wheels Newcastle. Active in the International Women's Forum since June 2014, Cathy has contributed as Past President, President, Founding Board Member, and Membership Director. Currently a Chair & Consultant at Super Recruiters and a Remuneration Committee Member at Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation, past roles include Chief Experience Officer at Symbio and Chief of Staff at ParaFlare. Cathy has extensive experience in corporate governance and human resources, evidenced by roles at Rabobank as Group Executive CHRO and at Mason Stevens as Non-Executive Director. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of New England, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Charles Sturt University, and various governance-related certifications from respected institutions.
