Wendy Ripley

Wendy Ripley is a highly experienced professional in technical design, currently serving as the Director of Technical Design at Noble Outfitters since August 2024. Previously, Wendy held similar positions at Boot Barn and a variety of companies including Sherpa Adventure Gear, First Tactical, and Noble Equestrian for Innov8 Partners. Wendy's extensive background also includes roles at 5.11 Tactical, Lane Bryant, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Kmart, showcasing a strong trajectory in the field since starting as a Senior Technical Designer in 1996. Wendy earned a B.S. in Merchandising Management from Michigan State University.
